My inspection fees are very competitive and are based on several factors such as the size
of the house, if the foundation is a slab or pier & beam, and any optional inspections such
as pools and sprinkler systems. Everyone wants to save money and get great deals when
purchasing goods and services, but please keep in mind that you want an inspector that will
spend the time to throughly inspect the home as well as provide a very detailed report. To
give you and idea of an average cost of an inspection, a typical house of 1500 square feet
with a slab foundation will run around $250.00 - $275.00 and the price may increase with
the size of the home and any options such as swimming pools and sprinkler systems.
