My inspection fees are very competitive and are based on several factors such as the size
of the house, if the foundation is a slab or pier & beam, and any optional inspections such
as pools and sprinkler systems. Everyone wants to save money and get great deals when
purchasing goods and services, but please keep in mind that you want an inspector that will
spend the time to throughly inspect the home as well as provide a very detailed report. To
give you and idea of my fees, a typical size home would be around $300 and the price may
increase with the size of the home and any options such as swimming pools and sprinkler
systems.

        For your convenience, below is my inspection schedule. Some notes concerning my schedule:
  • Appointments are scheduled at two per day at 9am and 1:30pm, unless other arrangements have been made.
  • Appointments east of the DFW mid-cities are made for 9am only unless approved by myself.
  • Sunday appointments are not typical and are approved by myself in special situations.
  • This calendar is updated very frequently however the open and booked appointments on the calendar may not
    be current. You will be contacted for confirmation of your desired day and times.
